Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. The location was perfect, right next to the train station and with great shopping nearby. The dining experience was enjoyable, although there could have been better organization. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel has a lot of character and charm but could use a touch-up. The rooms, though quiet and with a decent view, need renovation, especially the bathrooms. The location is lovely with cozy open fires and easy access to transportation. The dining experience is good with plenty of choices, especially suitable for big appetites. A nice spot to explore, though some facilities need an update.
The hotel offers a lovely stay with pleasant rooms featuring beautiful large windows and charming décor. However, the lack of air conditioning made sleeping a challenge when the room heated up in the afternoon. The service was accommodating and polite, maintaining the hotel's grandeur, although there were some inconveniences due to room changes. The location is stunning, ideal for walks, directly opposite the castle and close to great shopping. The dining experience provided a wide choice of dishes in a unique setting. The facilities were overall well-maintained and enjoyable.
